This night light is the best I've ever had as it is sufficient light to guide me safely in the night without disturbing my sleep pattern. It also has a useful dimmer which is really good as it can be a bit too bright if it is close the sleeping location. I would definitely recommend this light to everyone who cares about maintaining their melatonin levels during the night and have much better quality sleep and therefore more energy during the day.
