Must Have Sauna Blanket Insert

You definitely need to get the sauna blanket insert. It is a little pricey but worth the cost. The insert is quite thick, absorbs prespiration really well, and makes using the sauna blanket much more comfortable. I bought 2, and can wash one while I use the other. I am able to use the sauna more often and clean up is so easy.
